Reporting To: Project Manager
Responsibilities: Day-to-day coordination utility crews. Task management. Duties to include, but are not limited to, raising and/or adjusting manholes and catchbasins, removing and/or replacing small pieces of curb, sidewalks, adjusting water valves, asphalt base repairs, asphalt patch work, minimal sewer work, placing interlocking pavers, able to finish concrete, coordination of material suppliers and supplies, coordination trucking, administration duties, job site scheduling, verification of certificate quantities, daily paperwork, etc. Responsibilities include ensuring safety of employees and job sites at all times, the highest quality of workmanship possible, and ensuring maximum profitability for projects. Minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this position.
